BE IN WITH A CHANCE TO WIN BESTIVAL TICKETS
We are in the middle of festival season and fingers crossed it looks like the sun is here to stay for an indian summer. At Strong Island are huge fans of Rob Da Bank’s Bestival and have been going over as punters for over a decade. The event will be taking place between the 8th-11th September at Robin Hill Country Park.
This year Rob and his team are looking to the brighter future and have enlisted the likes of The Cure, Major Lazor, Wiz Khalifa, FatBoy Slim, Hot Chip, Years & Years, Leftfield and Wolf Alice to help them. Bestival veterans will know full well that this festival is not just about the music. For the food lovers The Feast Collective will be returning along with old favourites the Bollywood Tent and Temple Island. With rumours of HMS Bestival going missing while enroute to Bermuda Bestival goers can expect to find the new The Spaceport stage. You can expect to see a 20 metre high rocket at its centre and enough lights that they are likely to be visible in space!
So, here we go again, but this time we’re going far… far away… into the future. Prepare yourselves for a Bestival unlike any other with futuristic new stages, and as ever it’s a broad church of music from every decade and every genre. Rob Da Bank
