As part of the Creating Balance exhibition at aspex, Portsmouth we will soon be launching a special promotion. The project is a collaboration between Anglepoise®, Strong Island and The University of Portsmouth working with 20 local artists, designers and photographers. We thought we would extend the collaborative spirit a little bit further and offer the chance to win some special prizes.
Over the past week we have been handing out special limited edition Yellow Tokens to businesses, artists, photographers and anyone who wants to help with our mission. The task is simple if you find or have been given one of these Yellow Tokens you just need to take it to aspex gallery in Gunwharf to take part in a free prize draw.
We have over a 100 prizes all donated by local businesses and the creative community in the city.
The Yellow Tokens will be available from Wednesday 12th February so please keep a look out for them at Southsea Coffee, All About Tea, bored of Southsea, Head Hairdressing, MAKE Craft Cafe, Pie & Vinyl and Like a Tea Tray in The Sky.
You can also search #creatingbalance on Instagram to see live feeds of where artists and photographers have left them. You can also use this link to Webstagram. The clues will be there for you to find.
aspex is open 11-4 Wednesday – Friday and 11-5 Weekends & Bank Holidays.
