Welsh photographer Lewis Hay visited Portsmouth some weeks ago when the weather was a little warmer and the Spinnaker Tower really caught his creative imagination. With a polarising filter on his lens and some beautiful post production work Lewis has produced a striking and original set of photos of our city’s most photographed landmark.
