Not only death and taxes…it seems Benjamin Franklin left out bike thefts from his famous line about life’s certainties. The latest one we have heard of is of a black Python Duke single speed being stolen from outside Subway on Palmerston Road on the night of the 6th. The owners have been active looking in the usual places but not had any luck so if you Strong Islanders could keep your eyes peeled they would appreciate it. If you do see it, get in touch with the Police.
