Gosport Gallery is only a very short ferry ride away and has some amazing exhibitions on throughout the year, including the current photography exhibition for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year. The exhibition includes all 100 winning and commended wildlife photos taken in all corners of the world and also touching on the issues of climate change, hunting and more. The exhibition is quite simply breathtaking and a must visit for anyone interested in photography, to see these incredible images printed large is the very best way of viewing them.
The exhibition runs until the 12th October and admission is free and there are also a range of workshops running at the Search Museum for adults, children and families including:
– A Walk on the Wildside Drama Workshop (Saturday 14th September)
– Animal Adventures Story Time Special (Wednesday 25th September)
– Mini-Beasts and Microscopes (Saturday 12th October)
– Introduction to Wildlife Photography (Saturday 12th October)
