Not long now until Southsea Skatepark’s world famous annual BMX comp returns once again, bigger and better (with more prizes and more sponsors) and on the weekend of the 25th/26th August. With it’s previous incarnations King of the Skatepark and King of Southsea competitions the event returns to the original name of King of Concrete. Few competitions anywhere in the world have the long history of this event that has a lineage that goes back to the 80s and the early days of BMX. If you want to see some of the best BMX riders tear up Southsea Skatepark you need to be here between August 23th to 25th.

As good an excuse as any to include the latest Mark Webb madness too as hopefully he’ll be there again this year. Last trick. Off the charts.
