Bite is a new cafe lounge on the increasingly popular Castle Road that offers a comfortable place where people can relax, use the internet, and have good coffee and bite to eat.

Portsmouth born proprietors Rob and Anna have a simple philosophy for success; ” Here at Bite, we prepare all your food by hand, taking care to provide the quality of food that you expect. We endeavour to make you feel as at home as possible. Thats why we provide free wi-fi, great coffee and a place to relax in the heart of Southsea. Anything you need, just ask one of the team and we’ll do our best to make you happy.”

Bite place has a slight American feel to it through some of the artwork and dishes on the menu. Rob says they got this idea when they were lucky enough to live in San Francisco for 3 years and just outside of New York for a year. A few mentions from the Bite menu are the classic All Day Breakfast varieties, including American Waffles. All your usual dailies like Jackets, Sandwiches, Salads, Cakes and a good range of Coffee, Teas and Cold Drinks.
