International award winning ceramicist Natalia Dias hit the streets of Portsmouth on Friday with her beautiful and rather playful porcelain Ox tongues. Her practice focuses on Alchemy, nature, love and the sublime. “I mostly cast, fire and glaze flesh and other objects which have a strong sublime and poetic resonance within the “new worlds” that I create for them. This assembly’s/installations become vehicles here from the viewer is transported to a dreamscapes of sensuality and magic realism.”
