Portsmouth Tea blenders & packers All About Tea are unveiling the world’s largest teabag tomorrow (Wed 16th November) at 2pm on board HMS Warrior at the Royal Naval Dockyard, Portsmouth. The teabag measures 8 foot square and will be filled with 112kg of their new Portsmouth Tea – enough for 49,280 cups.

I spent sometime with them behind the scenes yesterday getting the giant tea bag ready. West House Textiles in Cornwall Road, Portsmouth stitched the bag and all that is left to do is fill it.
