Really sorry about the late notice but the new exhibition Journey to the Edge of Space opens this afternoon/evening at the new gallery/art cafe at Eastney Community Centre in Bransbury Park. The exhibition contains film and still imagery of the Aeros high altitude balloon and will feature a talk by guest speaker Richard Thomas plus live music and refreshments.

The exhibition/project continues on Saturday with space themed drama workshops provided by The Black Sheep theatre company. Sunday sees an amazing space themed family day where you can view space equipment and technology, launch your own water rockets and get creative with arts and crafts. They are asking for space themed artwork to then go towards the finale of the exhibition on the 2nd September.
