Portsmouth Creates, on behalf of Portsmouth’s creative and cultural sector, would like to ask you to take a few moments to complete this new survey, and share your views on the impact of Covid-19 on your practice, business and operations. Your answers will inform Portsmouth’s response to the ‘Call for Evidence’ from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport’s (DCMS) Enquiry into the impact of Covid-19. Portsmouth Creates CIC is a newly established Community Interest company set up in 2019 to be an independent voice to connect, enable and champion culture, across the city of Portsmouth. They have big ambitions to be a major catalyst for cultural investment and activity in the city and make it a better place for people to live work, play and visit.
