As part of the New Theatre Royal‘s Lost Hour event this year they are asking amateur artists of all ages and experience to submit work to an art exhibition that will be on display from the 22nd – 31st March in the Third Floor Gallery Space in the Portsmouth Central Library. The theme of the exhibition is ‘Earth Hour’.
