There was a street party in Gains Road, Southsea on Saturday. So lovely to see the streets not dominated by speeding cars but deckchairs and sofas and bouncy castles. Also spotted some sweet person who has decided to plant some flowers by the side of the road. I don’t think this was done by COLAS.
