Saturday sees local artist Jacqui Mair hosting a really fun cut & paste workshop held at the Canoe Lake Tennis Pavilion. Forget the days of pasta and poster paints! Go beyond the scrapbooking and join this workshop to experiment with papers old and new, to create unique and personal pieces. Participants will follow a theme; learn about cutting, layering and design decisions, colour plus line to create a personal response to paper. Suitable for beginners to experienced artists wanting to develop collage.

The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 21st.

Jacqui Mair is an artist who has exhibited for over thirty-five years and taught undergraduate students in the UK and the USA. Her major passions are colour, paper and her sketchbooks. Come and be inspired with her by a day of creativity and share the love of paper.
