Aspex Gallery have a fantastic workshop coming up on the 19th November entitled Make Your Mark. This session will be led by artist Annis Joslin and she is encouraging people to drop-in the gallery on Sunday 19th November between 11am-3pm, to have a go at mark making and drawing techniques to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. This workshop forms part of a wider programme of activities across the region for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This workshop is open to all ages and abilities and is free to attend, stop by for ten minutes or stay for the whole day and experience the energy that is created when people get together to make their mark. This Make Your Mark workshop is facilitated by a professional artist Annis Joslin and Belinda Channerwith, a Peer Arts Worker with lived experience of mental health challenges. This workshop is part of A Year of Drawing, a year-long project that aims to use drawing to improve mental health and wellbeing.
