Bread Addiction Joins Forces With The Aspex Gallery

Elm Grove’s artisan bakery Bread Addiction will be taking over management of the cafe within Aspex Gallery, which can be found in Gunwharf Quays behind Loch Fyne.

Bread Addiction opened its doors three years ago, founded by couple Nikola Ondrouskova and Ladislav Adamek. Their aim is to produce memorable and tasty experiences for visitors. Every cake, tart and pastry is handmade in their bakery, located on Elm Grove, using only the finest seasonal produce.

With this additional site in Gunwharf Quays, Bread Addiction plan to bring the bakery experience to Aspex. They will provide freshly baked pastries, sandwiches and salads for breakfast and lunch, on top of coffee from independent roasters Square Mile and a selection of tea from Bluebird Tea Company in Brighton.

They also plan to offer Afternoon Tea as well as hand-selected wine served with antipasti plates.

Aspex is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 11.00-16.00hrs and Bank Holidays. Further information can be found on their website: www.aspex.org.uk.
