On Thursday 22nd December Southsea’s The Coastguard Studio will be hosting Après-Ski with The Reflex from 8pm. London-based French native Nicolas Laugier, AKA The Reflex, makes his Portsmouth Debut at the Après-Ski Disco Party, between his busy London – Europe – Los Angeles schedule.

Fascinated by the remix from an early age, The Reflex takes his cue from the first wave of disco remixers by using only the original sounds from the master tapes to breathe new life into soul, pop and disco classics. Often considered as the DJ’s favourite DJ and the most sought-after remix producer who has been heavily championed by BBC6 Music’s Craig Charles.

Noel Gallagher is a fan. Nile Rodgers is a fan. Kid Creole is a fan. Disclosure, Jazzy Jeff, Eats Everything are all fans, so take off your skis and come and celebrate Christmas in style, in your retro skiwear enjoying a schnapps from ski resort vodka bar while having a boogie as The Reflex wishes Southsea a Joyeux Noël!
