Between the 1st and the 12th of December, each day we will be featuring a local business who have kindly donated a prize for the competition. Each day we will be asking a question inspired by the business and at the end of the twelve days you will be invited to submit your answers. We will then select one lucky winner who will take home all twelve prizes, just in time for Christmas.
In what I can only consider a moment of madness I have recently moved away from the treadmill and ventured outside. Saturday morning I went for a run along Southsea Seafront and I was shocked to see how many other runners were out. As a regular user of Eastern Road I am also aware of many runners I pass as I drive by. It is clear that Portsmouth loves to run!
Two such fans are Craig Winter and Matthew Teague, their passion for the sport has led them to create Runr. Runr (pronounced runner) is a high quality clothing line for men and women. If you would like to know more about Runr then keep your eyes out on Strong Island for our full feature by Luke Newton which will be published very soon.
The Runr team have donated one of their hoodies to our prize bundle. The boys have said that should the size donated not suit or you prefer another colour then they will happily offer an exchange. To be in with a chance to win the prize then you must correctly answer the question below.
Q2 – Name the male and female winners of the 2009 Great South Run?
You can submit your answers to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will not consider any entries which do not have all twelve answers so please wait until the last feature before emailing in. We are unable to send the prize in the post so please only enter if you are in a position to collect the prizes in store or have them collected on your behalf.
