Yesterday we had a quick, 24 hour competition giving away a pair of weekend tickets including camping for the Wickham Festival this weekend. We asked everyone following us on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram (@StrongIslandUK for both) to cheer us up with this rain and cloud outside by sending us their favourite sunny photos from this summer so far. By the close of the competition at 4pm today we ended up with loads and loads of submissions from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and we can announce that the winner of the tickets is…*drum roll*…Gemma Butterworth with her photo of a summer sunset through the rigging of HMS Victory, which she submitted via Instagram (her account is @GemmaBPhotography).
