Leaves Cuisine Catering specialises in home cooked food and they cater for all manner of events and business meetings. However, their new venture is to offer a new line in Treat Boxes. These can be delivered anywhere in the Portsmouth area and are filled with home made goodies perfect for an evening in with friends, the forthcoming bandstand events or to compliment a movie. They will even be preparing themed style boxes throughout the Summer to celebrate the Bandstand events, although they will require 24 hours notice.

Leaves Cuisine home cook everything using local eggs, fish and free range meat. Nothing on the menus contains any nasty preservatives and absolutely no additives or colourings (other than the novelty cakes as there is only so much you can achieve using cabbage green we’re told!). They will happily produce bespoke menus to suit each personal preference and have even supplied a ration book lunch for a wedding and a Gothic style menu for a vampire couple…

Their qualified chef has been catering for 15 years and she is a specialist in patisserie and produces deliciously different desserts as well as celebration cakes. Her innovative menus are a fusion of tastes and flavours which excite the taste buds. Her passion for food is evident within the food she creates and her use of locally produced ingredients is close to her heart.
