Bored of Southsea are proud to offer you their latest work put together by none other than Richard Sayer also known as ‘French‘. For those of you from the world of skateboarding this man needs no introduction but for those un-familiar with French, he has produced work for the likes of Vans, 2K by Gingham and also kindly drew Bored the image for the ‘seagull tee’ which has been sold through the store on tee shirts and tote bags for a good few years now.
The work ‘Creatures of the Solent‘ features French’s drawings of a Sea Bass, Cod, Crab, Haddock, Plaice and Squid and why not throw a squid in there as times past suggest that there was once a Giant Squid living under the South parade pier here in Southsea. True or false?
This design is currently offered in a burgundy print on grey marl and also a black print on a white organic cotton tee. For the first time there’s also added a 3/4 length raglan into the mix, black arms, white body with black print. Keep your eyes peeled there may well be more Creatures of the Solent products on the way in the next few weeks.
