PORTSMOUTH & SOUTHSEA'S No.1 for ARTS, CULTURE & LIFESTYLE

Art on the Pier

The next Art on the Pier event is happening on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th April (Easter Sunday & Bank holiday Monday) and we want anyone interesting in exhibiting to register their interest at out website which is www.artonthepier.co.uk. All are welcome from the first time amateur to the more professional. Also anyone wanting to share a table is more than welcome to do so, that includes a call out to students. We only ask that the work displayed is for sale and has been created by the exhibitor. There are only 41 tables which means it first come first serve and were already half full. Good luck.

I must admit to not have been to this before and tend to avoid art fairs as there are usually more sellars than punters. has anyone been to previous events? are they well attended? has anyone sold much? i’d be interested to hear before booking a pitch.

This will be the forth AOTP. I have exhibited at all the previous 3 and always make sales. There is a great atmosphere and the venue is always very busy with punters!

Art on the Pier is a great event not to be missed, not only are the exhibitors very talented and welcoming but the atmosphere is great. All the events at the pier have been buzzing, as Sonia said. It’s not to be missed.

  5. It’s a good bit of clean fun. You get meet a few potential clients and other local artists, it’s just a shame the pitch has gone up again.
There were a few slow points on the last few events but these just gave you a chance to eat / talk to the other stall holders.
