Hip Hop Karaoke

Last Thursday Hip Hop Karaoke at LJRs was another outstanding success. Although it was off to a slow start as no one wanted to kick start the night it was up to Jimmy C to get the crowd warmed up and get the registration forms flowing in. In no time at all the stage was surrounded and people were getting up and making their mark on the local Hip Hop Karaoke scene. I can’t remember half the names or songs, but know for a fact it was yet another banger. Quite possibly the best Thursday pub night there is going.

Special congratulations go to Lucy ‘Coolio’ Ware and Charlie ‘LV’ Waddington with their winning rendition of Gangsta’s Paradise. A clear judges and crowd favourite.

If you can then I advise coming to the next event. Even if Hip Hop isn’t really your thing the atmosphere will get you nodding your head and swinging your arms in the air before you know it.
