Andrew Foster is set to release his new album “Panic Moon” early next year. For one night as a first, he will be with his band the watchmen playing songs from the new album that will be avaliable on the night before its release proper. Also on the bill are two amazing bands, the phycadaelic beauty of the hall of mirrors and the social comment of head full of yoko.
