This Saturday see’s the first night of the new Pet Sounds residency begin at The Kraken Wakes, and what better way to kick start with Jacques birthday celebration. Come and fill your ears with tunes you might not be expecting, but really do owe it to yourself to enjoy. Most of you know what to expect from a Pet Sounds night. “With the right amount of chemistry between you lot and our record collections, we predict a great deal of dancing, lots of pointing at the ceiling, the inevitable spilt drink and most importantly, a reluctance to pack up and go home. Let’s Spend The Night Together.”

Pet Sounds will be along side Filthy Dukes in another room. Filthy Dukes are a genre melting electro band with influences ranging as far as Tangerine Dream to Hot Chip, Can to SMD, Roxy Music to Soulwax, Hip Hop to Kraut Rock. You know a bit of old with a bit of modern,plus loads of other things it would take ages to list!
