I’ve been past Restaurant 27 a few times in the last month or two and was really curious about it as it looks really good. I checked for reviews online and found a really good one over at Lay The Table (a great local food blog with loads of amazing recipes). It seems the restaurant is the new business by Kevin Bingham, previously the chef at Palmerston Road’s Montparnasse and he is working towards a Michelin star, which would be amazing for Southsea.

Has anyone eaten here? Thoughts and recommendations?
