Ex Southsea resident Gil Dekel recently graduated with a PhD in Art, Design & Media at Portsmouth University and together with Natalie they create short films, conduct art workshops and interview other artists on their website www.poeticmind.co.uk, all with a thoughtful or spiritual theme.
