Local painter Charlotte Brisland has a new solo exhibition of new work, entitled Paint it Black, that opens at Play Dead this evening. Charlotte’s photorealistic monochromatic paintings of Southsea, Portsmouth & further afield are rich in atmosphere and well worth the time to get down and experience in the flesh.

Paint It Black opens this evening from 7pm to 9pm at Play Dead on Highland Road. If you get there early there are nine goodie bags to be given away for the first through the door, including a framed drawing in each one There will also be a limited edition of 75 prints available from tonight at only £40.
