It has been great seeing mobile phone photos and video of some of the conditions Southsea and Portsmouth have been under over the last few days, capturing the high winds, rain and flooding. The conditions have also inspired local photographers to get out and about at different times of the day, risking their kit too.
Jon Neil took this long exposure photo of the new ‘Bandstand Lake’ last night, with the storm front clouds captured stretched over the moonlit sky. Keeping the tripod and camera steady in those winds was quite a feat in itself! Check the lady of the lake like bandstand in an unexpected return of the Little Morass below. See Jon’s Flickr for more awesome photos HERE.
