Russell Oastler’s documentary about the Southsea seafront ‘The Last Resort’ is being screened on national TV this coming weekend. It will be on The Community Channel as part of their ‘Postcards’ series at 8:00pm on Saturday 16th November.

The Last Resort is a documentary short that gives a voice to people who feel that they are at the sharp end of modern Britain. We meet life-long residents and attraction owners who battle against the erosion of Britain’s traditions in a community staring into an economic abyss. The Last Resort reflects on individuals and communities attempting to hold back the tide.
