Lola Beltrán is a graphic artist born in a small village in Sevilla, Spain. After stints in Ibiza, London, Hannover and Melbourne Lola has now landed in Southsea.

Lola’s illustrations are inspired by western culture, white trash and America’s heartland. She states “I feel curious and admire different races, ethnicities and folklore around me, and I try to reflect that when I’m creating. I mainly focus my works on nature, people of different races and European and American folk traditions.”

Lola uses traditional drawing techniques, then works digitally to experiment with colours. She also prints her work using different techniques, such as screen printing or lithography. Lola is currently workING as a freelance designer for magazines, events, fashion brands, and a wide range of different client commissions.
