As you are probably aware Facebook is trying to make people with pages pay to have their updates appear in your timeline even though you have already liked their page. Sadly it means that only around 10% of people who like our Facebook page actually get to see the updates at the moment.

It is easy to rectify though, simply visit the Strong Island page and then click on the Like button and then click on ‘Get Notifications’ and from then you’ll receive every Strong Island Facebook status update. Sorry it’s a pain but it’s one of Facebook’s making. Also sorry if you have seen this update from one of our other Strong Island Facebook pages but to receive updates from them all you have to click on ‘Get Notifications’ from all of them:
