Andrew Whyte & The Welding Glass

ND filters are used to reduce the amount of light entering a camera lens in day light and as such allow you to take long exposure photographs during the day that you would normally only be able to do at night. Local photographer and long exposure master Andrew Whyte recently picked up some welding glass from Milton’s Mig Tig & Arc and took advantage of it’s ND filter properties with a few very long exposures down on Southsea Beach, with incredible results.

You can see more of Andrew’s work at www.longexposures.co.uk.
