The latest round of shots by Stuart were taken with a country theme to the soundtrack of Neil Young. The concept for the shoots was to create the illusion that that the photographs were possibly shot somewhere in the Midwest. From there he explored local locations along the coast and beyond Portsdown Hill. With the locations sorted and the help of Luci at Dead Man’s Glory vintage shop in styling the models, he was able to achieve what he set out to do.
Although his initial work was in design & illustration, his interest in the visual medium naturally led him into photography which is something he has always been active in and had a passion for. His work covers his spin on fashion photography, creative portraits, editorial storylines, landscapes and urban dwellings all of which is influenced by music, art, fashion and sub-cultures. He is currently selling some pieces in ‘Flo & Stan’ home boutique on Albert Road.
