Just noticed that we went over 2000 comments today, that is over 2000 thoughts, ideas, replies, spikes of sarcasm, tales of hangovers, grammar/spelling corrections, electronic high 5s and all the other responses from the community of people down with Strong Island. Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who felt compelled to respond and get involved, many things we feature on Strong Island stem from ideas, links etc provided or created in the comments section of posts.

No, the article is right. There should be no apostrophy in high 5s. It is neither a contraction or a possessive.
