Urban Knitting and Swinging

On Friday I went out with my knitting and covered a tree by Bellamy’s Antiques, Albert Road. I decided to use vibrant colours and some glow in the dark wool. It is known as Yarn Bombing – a way to add some brightness to streets. Fark brought an old skateboard that he custom painted and this was turned it into a swing and hung from the same tree.

Loads of laughs and fun comments from people. Below are some pictures / videos and Debbie Parker from Bellamy’s Antiques on the swing.
