Back in January, I wrote a review of Southsea based Personal Best. Almost six months later and we’re rolling into June. How did we get here so quickly? I hear you cry, well panic not, as you’re just in time to go see these homegrown heroes do their thing on Saturday 2nd June.
And this isn’t just any gig. It’s the first gig they’ve played in Portsmouth since 2015. Don’t think they’ve been sitting still though. They’ll be playing new material currently being recorded for the second album, an album that they describe as, “a big classic rock/90s indie inspired affair, with lots of guitar solos and massive drums”.
They’ll be playing at The Edge of the Wedge, supported by Fake Empire and Crushing. Tickets are priced at £5 a ticket and available from The Wedgewood Rooms.

If you want to find a little more about them, feel free to check out my article from back in January, which tells you a bit about the band and review of single ‘Rollies.’
