With this miserable weather we’ve been having and the flash flooding up North last week this 1960s photo of Old Portsmouth flooded seems very apt. The photo is from Jonathan Ring’s Flickr, John and his brother recently brought out the book Portsmouth From Family Archives which is full of vintage Portsmouth images.
