A local design company called Shuffle Groop have started this up. I’m trying to throw as much weight as possible behind it, and have emailed The News with regards to what is going on with it…and also what has been said on here. Reckon we need to try and remedy this!

Hmmmmm, not sure how I feel about that to be honest.

i know what you mean tristan. maybe a slight adaptation with a green background, no fire, a smiling dinosaur and “welcome back to portsmouth” might be appropriate? especially for some kind of fundrasing effort.
i am really keen to get something off the ground if the artists and aspex are up for it….

First impression to me is that it’s glorifying the pricks that did this. Why does everyone blame local youths, I reckon it’s probably been done by P.E. Students????
It was a very spur of the moment design I did in about 10 minutes, I can see that it may apear to be glorifying the attack. It was VERY quickly put together to sum up my initial feelings towards the event. Will have a play around with it in the morning when Iam less drunk.

Sadly, there is more indignation about this than about the cyclist who became extinct on the road at Clarence Pier a few weeks ago… for the want of a clean green safe seafront cycle route……

If it turns out to be a students that did this would the wording be changed to “Students not welcome”??
Like the design, dislike the slogan….

Awesome and terrible at the same time. I’d buy this in T-shirt form regardless as long as it gets our damn dinosaur back.
Seriously fuming about this, it’s always the knuckle-dragging idiots that bring our city down.

I’d like it more if it said: “We want revenge”
