Survey to Shape Services for Young People with SEND

HELP SHAPE THE SERVICES FOR SEND YOUNG PEOPLE

Portsmouth City Council are seeking feedback from young people aged 13-25 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to feedback their needs to directly help shape the youth services in the future. The survey will inform the decision makers on what services and support are needed in the years to come.

Lots of decisions that are made about services for young people can be based on whether young people have been consulted and what their opinions and wishes are and we have a good record of ‘co-production’ in Portsmouth. I’ve been known to change my mind when being presented with real live information based on experience.” – Suzi Horton, Deputy Leader PCC

The survey closes at 4pm Friday 25th and can be completed HERE.
