Tonight Pie & Vinyl Records latest signing Highlights Of Our Modern World will be playing the Wave Maiden.

The man behind it all is Portsmouth based musician Myles Bartholomew. Described by Pie & Vinyl as “Combing ambient noises, crazy time signatures and guitar loops, the self-produced Highlights Of Our Modern World  continues to push his own musical boundaries and entrance his listeners.” Working as a graphic designer for colleges, festivals and bands around the UK, Myles is one creative fella. 

If you can’t make it then fear not, you can catch him at next month’s Blissfields festival as well as various other shows around the UK.

Doors open from 8pm and tickets are a mere £3 on the door. With the sun having a brief rest there is no reason not to be there.
