We are happy to say that the replacement calendars have arrived at the studio and we are in the process of making sure we get them to as many people as possible before Christmas. All orders from outside Portsmouth will go into the post first class this afternoon. All local orders will be posted by hand tomorrow unless pickup has been agreed from the studio. If you want to pick your replacement(s) up by hand please bring your calendars or a print out of your PayPal receipt, you can also pick them up during normal shop hours at Southsea Gallery too. If you bought yours from Southsea Gallery or Lou Lou’s you just need to bring the calendar or your receipt to Southsea Gallery.

Since our email out to all online buyers on Wednesday afternoon and the post on Strong Island on Thursday reporting the problem we have been absolutely knocked off of our feet with the incredibly supportive responses from everyone. It really meant a lot to us. A massive thank you for being so patient and understanding, we hope to have all of this resolved as quickly as possible.
