The Red Flat

I’m not too sure what the real name for this little bit of Southsea promenade is exactly but in local skateboarding circles it is commonly referred to as ‘The Red Flat’ or ‘The Red Patch’. Rumour is that it used to be a tram stop many, many years ago but about 15 years back it was resurfaced with smooth red tarmac and this flat ground and the ledges became a perfect skate spot, still skated regularly to this day.
